As a Transformational Nurse Coach, I have a Master's Degree in Nursing and over 25 years of combined experience as a Registered Nurse, Health and Wellness Coach and Performance Improvement Specialist (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt). I have the tools and understanding for us to co-create the LIFE you are yearning for and achieve a renewed sense of self.
With my extensive experience in health and wellness coaching, as well as two decades of personal healing work - I have created a multifaceted "tool box" that can be applied to all stages of life. My individualized approach will afford you the opportunity to transform into YOUR best self.
My goal is to help you re-imagine your life. Having struggled with my own health crises, including depression & stage IV cancer, I understand what it means to struggle with one's health. Being well has meant finding balance in all aspects of life. My personal experience has enabled me to focus on resilience and empowering others to achieve OPTIMAL wellbeing.

Each client jointly signs a commitment contract with me. I set the terms of the commitment contract to fit your individual goals and plans.
